This system supports transfection for AAV production where the helper and packaging functions are located on only one plasmid. Hence the 2-plasmid (co-transfection) system reduces optimization work to obtain high efficacy in producing your viral vectors.

- Replacement of the AAV p5 promoter by the MMTV promoter (MMTV-LTR) for increased capsid assembly (leads to avoiding the bulding of replication competent AAV)
